A nurse (played by Marita Stanton) is grabbed by the mental patients and tied up and gagged in a bed. The patients then go on to perform some kind of crazy operation on one of them. Later she is found by another nurse and rescued. She was wearing sexy underwear for the whole time. Unfortunately she was covered with a blanket.
The "Carry On" team might have seemed mental, but they were playing normal patients on a general ward!
