Captain America (1944)

Chapter 1

Lorna Gray has got quite a lot of good scenes in this serial. In the first Chapter she is snooping in the wrong place and she is captured by the bad guys, tied to a chair and gagged with a white hanky over her mouth. Later she is rescued by Captain America (however in his civil outfit).

Chapter 10

Lorna is bound and gagged in a room full of tied up and gagged guys. The scene is only a brief one because Cap comes to rescue them.

Chapters 13 and 14

Chapters 13 and 14 show Ms. Gray captured together with a cop. They are hidden in the closet and later rescued by Captain America. Ms. Gray sports her usual white OTM gag.

In the last chapter Lorna is once again tied to a chair and OTM gagged by the villains.

There is one more scene in this episode but I didn't include it because there was no gag.

Jesse James Rides Again (1947) - Chapter 1

Ann Bolton portrayed by Stirling is captured by the bad guys and very nicely tied up in a fron hog-tie and gagged with a dotted bandanna. She is tied up for the whole time during which the hero fights the villains. In the end of the chapter the ship where they are is blown up.

This is not my rip. I was unable to find any source file so I uploaded a video which I got some 7 years ago. The credit for this scene goes to the unknown did-clipper. I wonder if there is somewhere a scene from Chapter 2 where we learn how they escaped their doom.

The Purple Monster Strikes (1945) - Chapters 7/8 and 15

Chapters 7/8

Another classic gem. Seventh chapter shows Sheila (Linda Stirling) tied to a chair by Purple Monster and his henchman and gagged with an ubiquitous white cloth over her mouth. This chapter ends with the house being blown up but in the beginning of Chapter 8 we learn that the hero and Sheila are safe thanks to Sheila's ability to remove the gag in time.

Chapter 15

In the last chapter she discovers a secret passage for which she is once again captured by The Purple Monster and his henchman, taken downstairs, tied to the chair and gagged with a white handkerchief. Later she is rescued by the hero who fights against the villains while she is still bound and gagged.
